Tasks :

• New server provisioning

• Control panel installations (cPanel/DA/Virtualmin)

• Provide quality technical support through our helpdesk portal

• Applications installation & security (Wordpress/Joomla/Magento/OpenCart etc)

• Firewall installation and configuration (iptables/CSF)

• Backup installation and configuration (R1Soft/Rsync/FTP/cPanel)

• Monitor server alerts and take required action (Service restart/Server reboot)

• cPanel/DA/Virtualmin/Plesk migrations

Skills :

• Ability to learn

• Love for Linux

• Virtualization Basics(KVM/Hyper-V/Xen/OpenVZ)

• Control Panels (cPanel/DA/Virtualmin)

• RHCE/MCSE preferred

• Internet

• Good Communication

• Ability to work in a startup environment

• Take ownership and responsibility

• Work unsuprevised and also be a team player
